Thank you for shopping with Off The Chain. As a print-on-demand brand, all orders are made to order and shipped directly from our production partner.

Production Time Orders are typically produced within 2–5 business days before shipping.

Delivery Times

    • Australia: 7–15 business days total (2–5 days production + 5–10 days delivery)

    • United States & Canada: 9–19 business days total (2–5 days production + 7–14 days delivery)

    • United Kingdom & Europe: 9–19 business days total (2–5 days production + 7–14 days delivery)

    • Rest of World: 1 1 2–25 business days total (2–5 days production + 10–20 days deli 2 very)

    Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or customs processing

    Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

    Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your delivery.

    Customs & Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our pricing.
