Our products are made to order via print-on-demand. In addition to the rights below, you may also have rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

At Off The Chain, we want you to love your order. Because our products are print-on-demand and made specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at offthechainaus@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Wrong Size

Please refer to our size guide before ordering. As items are made to order, we cannot accept returns for incorrect size selection. If you are unsure, please contact us before placing your order.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After this window, production may have already begun and cancellations cannot be guaranteed.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
